Joseph began by offering direct aid to the poorest communities, but he soon realized that charity alone was not enough. The deeper problems of environmental degradation, deforestation, and food insecurity demanded a more sustainable approach. From this realization, GLCCPM was born—a grassroots movement to empower rural communities, restore the environment, and build a better future.

With a vision for long-term change, Joseph launched initiatives that combined reforestation and agriculture, helping communities to plant trees, grow food, and rebuild their lives. He believed in the power of education, so GLCCPM also began teaching civic and environmental responsibility, encouraging people to take control of their own futures.

GLCCPM’s efforts have transformed countless lives. Through the organization’s work, barren lands have been revived, families have been fed, and communities have found renewed strength.
