Every Child has the right to education
We are providing teaching and learning materials, and daily school meals to rural children

Empowering Rural Children Through Education
As poverty in rural Liberia rises a growing number of children are unable to enroll in school. Even those that enrolled are forced out of school and onto the streets to help families make ends meet. This situation threatens to leave another generation locked out of the opportunities that come with education, and that can break the cycle of extreme poverty that has plagued rural communties. Because of these constraints confronting rural communities,
the GLCCPM, through its charity & social initiatives is providing rural children with teaching and learning materials and daily school meals. We believe every child has the right to education, and that no child should learn on emty stomach or go hungry. That’s why we also provide food items and other essential provisions to rural parents, so that children wouldn’t be forced out of school and onto the streets.
Just like many beneficiaries of our charity and social initiatives, little Success Flomo is very happy and excited to put on his school uniform for the first time, which we provided for him.

As part of our Charity & Social Initiatives, we help rural families connect with one another by providing for them basic mobile phones. Elizabeth Flomo
Elizabeth Flomo, a resident of Vincent Town is one of the beneficiaries of our Charity & Social Initiatives. Just like many, because of exteme poverty she couldn’t afford to buy herself clothes. Elizabeth is one of those we regularly support with textiles. Here she’s holding up her newly received textles and the receipt. We are delighted to see our initiatives making a positive impact on the local community.
Homes Construction
Rural communities in Liberia face severe housing challenges driven by extreme poverty, with 81% of the rural population living in poverty as of 2025. Rural poverty is drastically higher than urban, leaving families unable to afford basic materials to build or renovate homes. It’s because of these constrains the GLCCPM is supporting local families by using locally produced raw materials to build, and if possible renovate their homes.
